1cLager beer
1cBeef broth
1tsThyme leaves, fresh
3 Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
2tsWorcestershire sauce
1tsTabasco sauce
2 Bay leaves, crumbled
3/4tsBlack peppercorns, freshly cracked
1/4cParsley, chopped fresh

Combine all of the ingredients in a nonreactive bowl.
